Heat Resistant Cum Water Resistant Tile Joint Grout

Fill-O-Grout, Thermal Barrier Cum Water Resistant Grouts are designed for use in INSULLAR tile applications. Fill-O-Grout offers high structural strength to the tile joints and prevents cracks from thermal expansion and contraction of building.

APPLICATION METHOD


SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure all loosen materials and droppings are removed from grout joint prior to grouting and wet the joints before application if required.

MIXING

Add clean water to buckets, then slowly add the Fill-O-Grout powder, stirring continuously until a lump-free consistency is achieved.

The mixing ratio :Thick filler grouts: 25kg powder: (6~6.5) kg water;
Thin filler grouts: 25kg powder: (8.5~9) kg water.

APPLICATION

Use a rubber trowel to spread Fill-O-Grout - tile grout into the tile joints in a diagonal way and ensure that all joints are properly filled.

After about 2 hours of drying, The grout on tile surface should be cleaned with wet sponge or cloth.

After 24 hours of drying, The grout haze on tile surface can be cleaned using tile cleaner and water.

COVERAGE

  • 250 - 275 Sq.ft (Approx) Per 25 Kg Pallet according to 5mm width & 15mm depth for 9” X 9” Size INSULLAR Tile.

PRECAUTIONS

  • Do not use acid to clean tiles especially when colour grout is used.
  • Do not use in the rainy condition
  • Do not use with the temperature of above 400C and below 50C. The grout joint should not be less than 3mm
  • Do not mix the cured grout adhesive with water and reuse it.
